Overview
Join Guidepoint's Business Development team in Dubai to help expand our client base across various industries. This role offers a unique opportunity to directly influence our company's growth while gaining experience in a global business setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform focused outreach by phone and email to attract new clients
- Establish and maintain relationships between prospective customers and senior BD managers, arranging meetings to progress sales opportunities
- Work alongside senior business development members to develop clear, persuasive materials that explain Guidepoint’s value
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of target companies and markets to effectively convey the company's benefits
- Investigate specific sectors, sub-industries, and organizations to understand their challenges and informational needs
- Track and evaluate competitor activity to guide sales tactics
- Provide insightful client and prospect feedback to leadership for continuous improvement of outreach efforts
Candidate Profile
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree with notable academic and extracurricular achievements
- Between one to two years of experience in Sales or Business Development within the Middle East region
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), with Arabic language skills considered advantageous
- Well-versed in the entire sales process, from lead creation through client management
- Tenacious and comfortable making cold calls and engaging with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior executives
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities to engage and impress top-tier clients
- A cooperative team member driven by a proactive approach
- Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-moving entrepreneurial environment, showing initiative
- Strong aptitude for building relationships and managing stakeholders effectively
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
