Assistant Store Manager - Townsville

Overview

We are actively looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Assistant Store Manager to join our vibrant Townsville store team. This role is integral in leading retail operations efficiently, motivating a high-performing sales team, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You will function as the brand ambassador and support the Store Manager in ensuring the successful operation and commercial success of the store.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, supporting, and motivating the in-store team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Manage retail operations aspects such as stock control, store procedures, scheduling team rotas, sales performance monitoring, and security.
• Take charge of store operations and trading in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Maintain a strong presence on the retail floor, directing team positioning and optimizing the sales environment.
• Gain comprehensive training to become an expert on Pandora’s luxury handcrafted products and foster team development to unlock their full potential.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership skills and a passion for supporting and developing productive teams.
• Experience with renowned brands or consumer product retailing is preferred, with roles such as senior supervisor or Assistant Manager considered ideal backgrounds.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
• Ability to foster a culture centered on outstanding customer service.
• Effective communication skills to coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving business needs.
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude towards Pandora products and company values (dreaming, daring, caring, delivering).
