Role Overview
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth daily store operations, supporting the Store Manager in driving commercial success, coaching the team, and exemplifying Pandora’s customer service standards. This is a permanent full-time position requiring 39 hours per week, working all days from Monday to Sunday. The remuneration ranges from €25,000 to €43,200 annually, with a highly competitive salary package including bonuses and benefits.
Primary Responsibilities
- Analyse sales data, KPIs, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve store performance.
- Assist the Store Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Ensure visual merchandising and product displays align with brand standards to maximize sales impact.
- Lead and develop a diverse and engaged team by delivering clear communication, feedback, and development support.
- Act as a role model demonstrating Pandora’s values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.
- Provide expert product knowledge and inspire the team to create meaningful customer moments through the selling ceremony.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and professionally resolve escalated issues.
- Manage store operations including rotas, stock control, till management, security, health and safety, and compliance.
- Plan staffing levels based on business needs and seasonal trends, ensuring operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards on the shop floor and efficient stock management.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in fast-moving retail environments.
- Experience with driving sales growth and profitability in a retail setting, preferably within consumer products or jewellery sectors.
- Passion for excellent customer service and coaching teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with adaptability to evolving business requirements.
- Positive, energetic attitude with deep enthusiasm for Pandora products and values.
- A growth mindset, open to feedback, embracing change, and striving for continuous improvement.

Additional Information
