Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and support the Store Manager in leading the team towards consistent revenue target achievement.
• Review performance metrics of the store and its employees regularly to refine operational strategies.
• Coach team members on demonstrating the brand story to enhance customer loyalty and in-store enthusiasm.
• Empower and motivate the team by aligning their roles and efforts with the overall business strategy.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in customer-facing supervisory or Assistant Store Manager roles, preferably in high-volume retail environments.
• Possess strong commercial acumen along with skills in inventory management and operational agility.
• Fashion or trend awareness with competence in visual merchandising and stock optimization.
• Experienced in consultative selling and coaching sales teams to enhance customer interactions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset aimed at driving innovation and collaborations to increase store performance.
• Strong delegation skills to effectively boost team productivity.
