About the Role

Join the Pillow Talk team as the Store Manager at our Moore Park location, where you will collaborate closely with the Assistant Store Manager to lead and enhance store operations and sales. This position involves continual analysis of store and team performance to develop and implement action strategies that fully capitalize on the store's potential. As a key brand representative, you will ensure personalized experiences for both customers and employees, fostering an engaging culture and driving sustainable revenue.

Responsibilities

You will mentor your team to effectively communicate the brand story, inspiring passion and loyalty among staff and customers. Empowerment and alignment of team efforts with business goals are essential aspects of this role.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a busy retail environment with a focus on commercial and customer-oriented store management.
• Success in consistently leading teams to meet revenue goals.
• Strong operational skills, including proficient inventory management.
• A keen eye for fashion and trends, skilled in visual merchandising and stock presentation.
• Expertise in consultative selling, including the training and coaching of sales staff.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated success in generating and applying ideas to boost store performance.
• Experience handling high-volume, large-scale retail operations.
• Effective delegation skills to maximize team productivity.
