Join Pillow Talk Australia as an Assistant Store Manager at our Moore Park location in Sydney's Northern Suburbs. This permanent, full-time retail position offers a salary of $68,500 annually with additional monthly performance incentives. Position Overview

In this role, you will work closely with the Store Manager to lead and motivate the team, overseeing operations and driving sales performance. You will regularly assess both store and team member achievements, partnering to develop and implement strategies that maximize sales potential, foster a positive store culture, and sustain revenue growth. As a brand ambassador, you will craft personalized customer and employee experiences, encouraging engagement and brand loyalty. Additionally, you will mentor your team on effectively communicating our brand story and demonstrate how their roles align with overall business goals.

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or Assistant Store Manager position focused on commercial and customer-centered retail environments.
  • Exposure to large-format, high-volume retail settings.
  • Strong commercial awareness with capabilities to support overall store operations and lead teams towards consistent achievement of revenue targets.
  • A keen fashion or trend sense, with proficiency in visual merchandising and stock optimization.
  • Operational flexibility paired with robust inventory management skills.
  • Experience in consultative selling with proven ability to train and coach the approach.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a history of creating, collaborating on, and implementing ideas that enhance store trade.
  • Effective delegation skills to boost team efficiency and productivity.
