Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Collaborate closely with Store Managers to lead and motivate the store team.
• Coach and mentor team members for continuous development.

• Fulfill opening and closing duties as required.

Candidate Profile

• Previous supervisory experience or eagerness to take on leadership responsibilities.
• Background in retail, trade, sales, wholesale, or workshop operations is preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical or automotive parts is advantageous but not essential.
• Flexible availability and a valid driver’s license.
• Physical capability to perform job tasks, including lifting heavy products.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
