Role Summary

As a Retail Assistant at Repco, your primary aim is to ensure customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter the store. You will guide customers through product selection, assist with sales, and promote additional products where possible, while maintaining a welcoming and efficient shopping environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner.
• A team-player mentality with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Knowledge or interest in automotive products is advantageous, but full training will be provided.
