Your Role as Assistant Store Manager
Join our Ormiston store as an Assistant Store Manager supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations. You will motivate and mentor the team to ensure excellent customer service and achieve sales goals. Responsibilities include assisting with visual merchandising, managing stock and presentation, supporting wage cost control, helping with rostering, and maintaining a safe, compliant retail environment.

Who We Are Looking For
As an aspiring retail leader, you are motivated to grow within a busy retail setting. You bring experience from senior sales assistant or leadership-support roles and have a proactive approach to developing your management skills. You are passionate about coaching teams, delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and familiar with stock control and visual merchandising.
