Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager for our Orion store to partner with the Store Manager in managing daily store operations. This role involves coaching the team, ensuring superior customer service, driving sales performance, and maintaining store standards in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to oversee daily operations and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead, inspire, and support the retail team to consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining store presentation standards.
• Manage labor costs through efficient rostering practices and budget adherence.
• Mentor and coach team members to foster their professional growth and development.
• Ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming store environment at all times.

Candidate Profile

• Experience as a senior sales assistant or in leadership support positions such as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager.
• Proactive attitude with a strong commitment to developing leadership capabilities.
• Passion for nurturing team growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet performance objectives.
• Knowledge of stock control, merchandising standards, and retail operational processes.
