Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Chartwell location. This role involves collaborating closely with the Store Manager to oversee store operations, foster team development, and drive sales performance in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store functions and achieving sales goals along with key performance indicators.
- Lead and inspire the store team to provide outstanding customer service and maintain high performance.
- Support visual merchandising efforts, stock control, and the overall presentation of the store.
- Participate in wage cost management and contribute to efficient staff scheduling.
- Coach and mentor employees to promote their professional growth.
- Ensure the store operates within safety and compliance standards.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in senior sales or leadership roles such as Key Holder, Supervisor, or Assistant Store Manager.
- A proactive approach with a strong ambition to develop leadership capabilities.
- Commitment to team building and delivering stellar customer experiences.
- Ability to meet sales targets and drive business results.
- Knowledge of stock management, retail operations, and store merchandising techniques.
