Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in retail or customer service management.

• Entrepreneurial spirit with prior exposure to sales-oriented environments.
• Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada, possessing necessary documentation.
• Capacity to work full-time, often exceeding 40 hours weekly, with flexibility for variable schedules including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers an annual salary ranging from CAD 52,600 to CAD 63,050, adjusted for location, experience, skills, and internal alignment. Beyond base pay, eligible employees can participate in a bonus program recognizing their contributions and may receive annual bean stock grants. Additional benefits include:
