Role Overview

We seek an Assistant Store Manager who is dedicated to creating an inclusive and supportive atmosphere, empowering associates to produce memorable customer experiences every day. This position involves dynamic, fast-paced responsibilities in a retail setting that embraces constant change and challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and enhance overall store performance by managing sales outcomes, controlling expenses, and overseeing crucial store functions such as merchandising, backroom logistics, frontline operations, cash handling, customer service, markdown processing, employee scheduling, shipping, and receiving, with a key emphasis on minimizing shrinkage and damages.
• Lead recruitment efforts, attract talented associates, and provide ongoing training and development. Act as a mentor and role model to foster an encouraging environment that benefits both employees and customers.
• Communicate and implement strategic action plans related to company projects, objectives, initiatives, and operational changes. Contribute feedback regarding succession planning for future talent needs.
• Execute strategies aimed at achieving sales, expense, and customer service goals. Coordinate loss prevention protocols and operational improvements, including optimizing store layout and efficiency.

Candidate Profile

• At least two years of experience in retail leadership roles such as Assistant or Store Manager.
• Proven leadership capabilities to manage and develop large teams effectively.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills enabling mentorship, influence, and constructive feedback.
• Strong expertise in store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety practices, and loss prevention, with a demonstrated ability to follow through on initiatives successfully.

Salary ranges between $48,592 and $68,029 annually, reflective of skills, qualifications, and experience. The actual offered salary may exceed this range.
