We're seeking a seasoned Assistant Store Manager or a motivated Supervisor/Team Leader eager to advance their career. Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in maximizing sales and ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and motivating the team.
- Oversee training programs, drive floor sales, and meet performance targets.
- Manage visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety protocols, and store security.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience leading teams of five or more in a retail or supervisory capacity.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a positive, people-focused leadership style.
- Passion for the outdoors and a flair for visual merchandising are advantageous but not mandatory.
