As an Assistant Store Manager at our Belconnen store, you will play a pivotal role in executing the brand vision, fostering a high-performance culture, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a world-class team while cultivating an engaging and positive store atmosphere.
• Manage a multimillion-dollar store, driving financial sales targets and key metrics.
• Implement and uphold brand vision and strategic initiatives.
• Ensure every customer enjoys a memorable experience by placing customer satisfaction at the center of all decisions.
• Promote a people-first culture by empowering and nurturing team talent.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to enhance team performance and results.
• Handle recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new store staff.
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel customer experience, including managing online order preparations.
• Maintain outstanding visual merchandising to represent the brand at best-in-class standards.
• Ensure the store is a safe and enjoyable environment for both customers and team members.

• Experience and passion for providing exceptional retail customer experiences.
• Strong coaching skills to inspire and develop a large team of brand ambassadors.
• Retail store management experience in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
• A proactive and motivated 'Make it Happen' approach.
• Strategic thinker capable of spotting missed opportunities and demonstrating consistent success in improving sales and KPIs.
• Proficient in roster management and effective wage cost control.
