Key Responsibilities

• Spend approximately 80% of your working time on the sales floor to ensure exceptional customer experiences daily.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support to the team to enhance results.
• Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for new store team members.
• Deliver a smooth omni-channel customer experience within the store environment.
• Maintain best-in-class standards through outstanding visual merchandising.
• Promote a fun and safe environment for both customers and staff.

Candidate Profile
