About the Role
Join Anaconda Group Pty Ltd as an Assistant Store Manager leading our new store in Grafton. This role offers an exciting chance to direct a retail team and elevate customer satisfaction in a vibrant environment passionate about the outdoors.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and support a team across all retail functions to meet and exceed business goals.
- Serve as a role model by coaching and developing team members to reach their potential.
- Drive store initiatives including service excellence, sales growth, merchandising, and product management.
- Own product oversight within various departments to optimize store performance.
- Lead sales efforts to surpass budgets and set ambitious store targets.
- Ensure exemplary customer experience with consistent, high-quality service.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior leadership experience in a large-format retail setting.
- Capability to manage and motivate a team of up to 20 members effectively.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales trends and identify top-selling products.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience handling a high stock volume environment.
- Genuine passion for outdoor activities is highly favored.
- First aid certification or willingness to complete training offered by the company.
- Availability for full-time shifts including late nights and weekends.
- Legal authorization to work full-time in Australia.
