Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer experiences, oversee critical store operations, and support team motivation while upholding Tommy Hilfiger's iconic standards. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will implement business strategies, meet daily sales targets, and sustain an inclusive and effective work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging warmly to encourage sales and brand loyalty.
• Serve as a Key Holder and lead on duty managing store opening/closing, daily performance, coaching associates, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador by promoting current campaigns and product launches to strengthen customer connection.
• Participate actively on the sales floor including inventory processing, restocking, and cashier duties.
• Exhibit pride, commitment, and passion for the brand and clientele.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong organization, and effective time management.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to guide by example, proactively resolve challenges, and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Enthusiasm for the brand’s mission and values.
• Experience as a retail Assistant Manager or equivalent leadership role, including key holder responsibilities.
• Physical capacity for prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, squatting, and the ability to carry up to 20 pounds.
