Role Summary

The Assistant Store Manager acts as a key representative of the Pandora brand and reports directly to the Store Manager. You will oversee daily store operations and support the Store Manager to ensure commercial success, handling operational responsibilities of a dynamic retail store.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and motivate in-store teams alongside the Store Manager to achieve sales targets while exemplifying outstanding customer service.
• Manage retail operations including stock control, store procedures, team organization to optimize sales flow, security, staff schedules, and monitor sales performance.
• Lead all store activities in the Store Manager’s absence to ensure smooth operational execution and trading success.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor by managing team placement and influencing the sales environment.
• Undergo comprehensive training to become a product expert in Pandora’s handcrafted luxury pieces and help develop the team’s skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a dedicated brand ambassador and skilled leader passionate about retail and the Pandora brand. Experience with leading brands or desirable consumer product retailing is preferred. The role suits senior supervisors or current Assistant Managers ready for progression.
