Role Overview

The Store Manager acts as Pandora’s chief ambassador, deeply embodying the brand, its culture, and products. This role involves hands-on engagement with customers on the floor and collaborating closely with your team to drive store performance. You will lead, mentor, and cultivate the abilities of an Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster a supportive and motivating store environment where team members are empowered brand representatives
  • Maintain a high-achieving sales atmosphere that consistently surpasses customer expectations
  • Meet and outperform sales targets and KPIs while identifying growth prospects
  • Lead and develop your team to ensure accountability and skill advancement
  • Work closely with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to handle performance and personnel matters
  • Manage store operations to guarantee visual merchandising excellence, smooth processes, and outstanding customer experiences

Candidate Requirements

  • A minimum of three years’ experience managing a store within a dynamic retail setting
  • Excellent communication skills capable of influencing and engaging various stakeholders
  • Commercially aware with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven leadership skills in building, developing, and retaining successful teams
  • A passion for achieving results and delivering excellent customer service
