What You Will Do

• Represent Pandora as the cornerstone ambassador by deeply engaging with the brand, culture, and product offerings.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively engaging on the shop floor alongside your team.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Assistant Store Manager and retail staff to enhance performance.
• Create a passionate store environment where every team member thrives as a brand ambassador.
• Drive sales and customer experience, constantly aiming to exceed KPIs and commercial targets.
• Provide real-time coaching, fostering accountability and celebrating team successes.
• Work closely with divisional and HR managers to resolve performance or policy issues.
• Ensure consistent visual merchandising, efficient operations, and continuous team growth.

Who You Are

• Experienced Store Manager with 3 to 5 years in a sales-driven retail setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences.
• Business-savvy with analytical capabilities proven by consistent positive outcomes.
• Skilled in recruitment and nurturing of talented teams, prioritizing succession planning and career advancement.
