Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in steering the day-to-day operations of a single Panda Express store. Your duties will include recruiting, overseeing, and guiding team members to achieve financial objectives and deliver top-tier guest experiences. Success in this role is backed by a minimum of three weeks of specialized store leadership training.

Desired Qualifications and Eligibility

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your current residence.
• Availability to work varied shifts including opening and closing times, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business requirements.
• Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe is mandatory.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

Work involves standing for prolonged periods and working in hot, fast-paced kitchen environments with noise. Employees must handle equipment such as Chinese cook knives and lift weights up to 50 pounds. Physical demands include reaching across counters at 36 inches and adapting to confined workspaces with high shelving. Effective communication skills and the ability to handle conflicts and changing priorities are essential.
