Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or customer service management.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• An entrepreneurial mindset with a history in sales-oriented environments.
• Minimum education of High School Diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the country applied.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, often exceeding 40 hours weekly including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately CAD 52,600 to CAD 63,050 annually, varying by location, experience, and skills. Eligible employees may receive bonuses and bean stock grants. Starbucks offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
