Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Assistant Store Manager to lead the Homebush team. This role involves coaching, managing daily store operations, and driving sales while ensuring excellent customer experiences with luxury products and cutting-edge technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire your retail team to meet and surpass sales objectives.
• Guide your team effectively through changes, including launching innovative products and technology.
• Ensure your team is knowledgeable, confident, and customer-focused in promoting new products.
• Manage store operations such as scheduling, inventory control, visual merchandising, and compliance standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by leveraging expert knowledge about products.
• Recruit, develop, and retain enthusiastic and skilled retail staff.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive store environment that fosters team engagement.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated success in sales within a KPI-driven environment.
• Proven leadership skills with experience guiding teams through organizational change and new initiatives.
• Strong interest and enthusiasm for technological advances and new product knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities along with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
• Exceptional time management and organizational aptitude.
• Prior leadership experience, preferably in retail settings.
