Assistant Front Store Manager - Full-Time Day Shift

Role Overview

Become a key part of a locally owned and operated retail store, delivering health, beauty, and convenience products while prioritizing the customer experience. In this role, you will aid the Front Store Manager in effectively managing people, physical assets, and finances to meet store objectives, particularly by ensuring optimal product flow from the backroom to the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain store standards consistently to enhance customer satisfaction, increase foot traffic, and improve store profitability.
• Collaborate with management to enforce store standards at all times, including in the backroom areas.
• Support the Front Store Manager in labor scheduling and utilize Work Force Management tools to maximize labor productivity.
• Ensure adequate staffing levels to run store operations efficiently.
• Comply with Human Resources policies and standards.
• Assist in recruitment across all departments except pharmacy, as directed alongside the Front Store Manager.
• Manage wage administration within approved guidelines.
• Promote company culture and foster employee engagement by exemplifying core organizational values.
