Position Overview

• The Assistant Server plays a vital role within the Food & Beverage team by supporting servers to ensure guests enjoy a refined dining experience aligned with Four Seasons' standards of quality and friendliness.
• Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables swiftly and accurately according to specific guidelines.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and night shifts is required.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Applicants should possess general knowledge of food and beverage practices.
• Strong personal grooming and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Experience performing side duties such as polishing silverware, refilling condiments, and managing table cleanliness discreetly is expected.
• An enthusiastic, outgoing attitude with a proactive approach to tasks is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in English for reading, writing, and speaking is necessary.
• Holding a degree or diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
