Job Overview

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and aid in overseeing all Food & Beverage operations within the hotel. This role involves supporting the department's success through leadership, team development, strategic planning, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in leading the Restaurant & Bar department and implementing strategic goals.
• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of restaurant staff.
• Establish team targets aligned with departmental and hotel objectives.
• Oversee budgeting and ensure cost-effective management of the department.

Required Skills and Experience

• Previous experience managing a restaurant within a 3 or 4-star hotel or equivalent establishment.
• Strong leadership capabilities.
• Experience in hiring and nurturing employee growth.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Excellent customer focus and communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work well under pressure.
• Understanding of food and beverage service and preparation.
• Familiarity with Micros system is desirable but not mandatory.
