About the Role
This position is based at Banana Island Resort Doha by Anantara, part of Minor Hotels, a global hotel owner, operator, and investor with over 530 properties worldwide in more than 50 countries. The Assistant Outlet Manager will support the Food & Beverage operations to enhance guest satisfaction, optimize team performance, and improve business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves ensuring excellent guest experiences by maintaining high standards of food quality and service according to brand and Food & Beverage guidelines. Duties include fostering a positive and empowered team environment, promoting prompt and courteous service, upholding safety and cleanliness standards, and managing daily team member relations while encouraging problem-solving through adequate training and empowerment.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a relevant discipline
- Experience working in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations
- Strong passion for leadership and collaborative teamwork
- Keen attention to detail to drive operational excellence
- Outstanding guest service abilities
