Position Overview

As a Learning & Development Manager, you will serve as a role model and key supporter for team members, overseeing their growth through individualized development plans and organizing diverse training initiatives. Your role is crucial in facilitating learning opportunities and advising the Property Leadership Team on enhancing team skills and operational capabilities to ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Develop and monitor personal development plans for team members.
  • Plan and implement training events and learning programs.
  • Provide expert guidance to leadership regarding workforce skill enhancement.
  • Manage and accommodate a multicultural workforce effectively.
    • Demonstrate strong facilitation skills delivering training sessions and presentations.
    • Apply project and process management principles, alongside analytical and strategic decision-making capabilities.
    • Maintain meticulous attention to detail with thorough execution and follow-up.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Hotel Management.
  • At least three years of professional experience within a learning function, preferably in adult education or related fields.
  • Experience working with diverse cultural groups.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
