Role Responsibilities

• Serve patrons adhering to the high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene as set by Anantara.
• Exemplify national hospitality and professionalism when interacting with guests.
• Maintain pride and attention to detail in service delivery, appearance, cleanliness, and managed areas.
• Follow all Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures, continuously seeking ways to enhance them.
• Efficiently prepare the bar before opening, including stocking liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes.
• Process drink orders accurately, verifying quantities and handling billing swiftly.
• Prepare all cocktails strictly in line with Anantara's standard beverage manual, employing full standard measurements.
• Receive and verify liquor deliveries against prior shift requisitions, reporting any discrepancies to the Food & Beverage Supervisor.
• Ensure safety and security within the bar area, remaining on duty until properly relieved by a colleague.
• Support cleaning activities, including mopping floors, removing cans and bottles, cleaning rails and counters, and managing melting ice in bins.
