Role Overview

We seek a detail-focused and proactive Assistant Manager for Warehouse Operations to guarantee efficient warehouse management, precise inventory control, and effective order processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Ensure prompt and accurate order handling while maintaining service standards.
• Conduct routine cycle counting and physical audits to uphold inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with procurement, production, logistics, and sales departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Optimize warehouse layout to maximize storage efficiency and operational productivity.
• Develop, implement, and enforce warehouse SOPs, safety protocols, and housekeeping standards.
• Oversee warehouse personnel, delegating tasks and monitoring performance levels.
• Track critical KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory discrepancies, dispatch times, and workforce productivity.
• Coordinate with logistics vendors to facilitate timely shipment and delivery of goods.
• Identify and initiate process enhancements to boost operational efficiency and reduce expenses.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, legal regulations, and quality control standards.
• Manage warehouse documentation including inventory logs, goods receipt notes, dispatch records, and reconciliation reports.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commerce, or related disciplines.
• Between 4 and 7 years of relevant warehouse operations experience, ideally within FMCG, cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven expertise handling large inventory volumes and managing warehouse teams.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software platforms.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
