Job Responsibilities

• Manage everyday operations within assigned construction projects ensuring smooth progress.
• Liaise effectively with Project Managers, site personnel, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
• Keep track of manpower, materials, machinery, and all project-related resources.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, commercial departments, and support functions.
• Monitor project progress against targets and critical milestones delivering timely updates.
• Detect operational impediments and execute appropriate corrective measures.
• Oversee management information systems (MIS), dashboards, and management reports.
• Assist with planning and distributing resources across multiple projects.
• Ensure prompt coordination with vendors and contractors to meet project requirements.
• Enforce adherence to established quality control and safety regulations on-site.
• Encourage continuous process enhancements and operational efficiencies.
• Report significant operational challenges to senior management promptly.
• Support the adoption and integration of new systems, processes, and technologies within the operations.
