Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager reporting to the Store Manager, you will support all facets of store operations to drive sales success. Your leadership will be pivotal in crafting an exceptional shopping atmosphere, guiding and motivating a high-performing team to boost operational efficiency and customer engagement both in the store and via digital platforms. You will help manage inventory, enhance visual and merchandising standards, process shipments, replenish the sales floor, and assist with e-commerce order fulfillment, playing a crucial role in the store's overall success.

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional post-secondary education in business or related fields is advantageous.
  • At least two years of management experience, ideally in the fashion retail sector, or equivalent leadership background.
  • A strong passion for fashion combined with a customer-first attitude.
  • Proven ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively.
  • Adaptability and innovation skills with a proactive approach to respond promptly to a dynamic business environment by offering impactful ideas and solutions.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills capable of prioritizing and multitasking efficiently.
  • Ability to build partnerships and encourage teamwork.
  • Proficiency in social media, mobile devices, and office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel or OpenOffice.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands.
