Job Summary
As Store Manager reporting to the District Manager, your responsibility is to ensure an exceptional shopping environment and foster loyal customer relationships. You'll lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver excellent operational standards and drive business success by exceeding sales and productivity goals. Your leadership encompasses recruiting, training, and supporting team members to achieve peak performance while maximizing profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum completion of high school; post-secondary education in business or related field is advantageous
- 3 to 5 years of management experience, ideally within fashion retail or a comparable managerial role
- Genuine passion for fashion combined with a strong customer service orientation
- Proven problem-solving capabilities and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to foster a participative, creative, and learning-oriented environment by sharing best practices and encouraging contributions from team members
- Adaptability, innovation, and proactive responsiveness to evolving business needs, providing effective ideas and solutions
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage time, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple responsibilities concurrently
- Strong team-building skills and a focus on collaboration
- Competency in social media, mobile devices, and office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, or Open-Office
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays aligned with business demands
