Job Summary

As Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, your priority is to ensure outstanding shopping experiences and foster lasting customer loyalty. You will lead a high-performing team focused on operational excellence and superior service standards. Your leadership extends to recruiting, training, and coaching team members to reach and exceed sales and productivity goals, ultimately driving the store's profitability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; advanced education in business or related field is advantageous
• Three to five years in management roles, favorably within fashion retail, or comparable experience
• Passionate about fashion and delivering excellent customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to cultivate a participative environment fostering creativity and knowledge-sharing
• Adaptable, innovative, and proactive in responding to dynamic business needs with effective solutions
• Exceptional organizational, time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills
• Strong collaborator who builds partnerships
• Proficient with social media, mobile technology, and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) or alternatives like OpenOffice
• Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
