Position Overview
This role requires a physician with at least one year of clinical experience who will assess clinical information and medical records, summarizing critical details based on established guideline criteria.
Qualifications and Experience
- MBBS degree from India or MD from a foreign institution
- Medical Council of India (MCI) license preferred but not mandatory
- Prior exposure to US healthcare systems is advantageous but not essential
- At least one year of clinical experience
- Auditing background is optional
- Proficient with computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Communication and Skills
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities
- Strong ethical standards and professionalism
- Analytical mind with the ability to identify problems and analyze processes, envisioning solutions
- Capacity to adhere to timelines and secure necessary approvals at every project phase
- Maintain and update reports as needed
- Meeting productivity and quality benchmarks consistently
- Availability for required meetings or calls
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team
- Coordinate with program and project managers as needed
- Commitment to all company policies concerning compliance, information security, and regulations
Working Conditions
- Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek
- Shift hours from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM Indian Standard Time
- Weekends off
- High-speed broadband internet connection required for telecommuting adherence
