Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations of a single restaurant location. Success in the role is supported by over three weeks of comprehensive leadership training.

Requirements

• High school diploma mandatory
• Willingness to relocate within 50 miles of home as needed
• Flexibility to work various shifts including opening and closing, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business demand
• Food safety certification (Serve Safe)

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

The role includes standing for extended periods in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving hot areas with steam, food vapors, and frequent use of kitchen equipment such as Chinese cook knives. Employees need to handle lifting up to 50 pounds, reach counters at 36 inches, and operate in a noisy and confined workspace. Effective communication skills and adaptability to dynamic priorities are essential.

Compensation Details

The pay ranges from $26 to $29 per hour, determined by location and experience. Bonuses are discretionary and subject to change without prior notice.
