Role Overview
The Assistant Manager position, based full-time and on-site in Patna, supports comprehensive store operations to ensure seamless daily activities. Responsibilities include supervising store personnel, managing staff schedules, enforcing compliance with company policies, and maintaining high customer service standards. The role involves addressing and resolving customer issues, overseeing store upkeep for cleanliness and safety, and assisting in inventory management such as stock verification, ordering, and monitoring. Additionally, the Assistant Manager tracks sales data, prepares basic reports, collaborates with senior management to execute promotional campaigns, optimizes workflows, and contributes to team training and development.
Qualifications and Skills
