Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will assist in managing the daily operations of a single store. Your duties encompass hiring, supervising, and guiding associates to meet financial targets and ensure a superior guest experience. To prepare you thoroughly, you will undergo at least three weeks of store leadership training.

Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory
• Flexibility to relocate to any Panda store within a 50-mile radius from home
• Availability to work varied hours, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands (religious accommodations may be considered)
• Food Safety certification (Serve Safe)
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, working with kitchen equipment in hot and noisy environments
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment with occasional conflict resolution
