About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing the overall operations of a single store, including recruitment, staff management, and directing associates to meet financial objectives while ensuring excellent guest experiences. Participate in a store leadership training program lasting three or more weeks to prepare for your role.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma is mandatory
- Flexibility to relocate within a 50-mile radius of your home
- Availability for varied schedules including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands
- Food safety certification (ServSafe) is required
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
This position involves working in an environment exposed to heat and steam, requiring standing for extended periods and the ability to handle kitchen equipment safely. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working under fast-paced, sometimes noisy conditions. Compensation Details
The pay rate is between $27.50 and $30.50 per hour, determined by factors such as location and experience. Bonus programs are discretionary and subject to change or termination without prior notice.
