Role Overview
The Assistant Manager acts as the primary daily leader in the restaurant, working hand-in-hand with and reporting directly to the General Manager. Key focus areas include driving sales, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant, and upholding high product quality standards.
Qualifications
- At least two years of supervisory experience within the quick service restaurant sector.
- Completion of high school education.
- A strong willingness to learn and pursue personal growth.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
