Overview
Join Checkers & Rally's Drive-In Restaurants as a Shift Manager where you will support the General Manager in delivering excellent guest and team service, managing shifts effectively, and driving sales and profitability. As a vital member of the Corporate Field Operations team, your role is to ensure the restaurant remains the preferred choice for both guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance sales and profitability by focusing on guest satisfaction and efficiently managing restaurant operations.
- Report any issues or suggestions related to the restaurant, staff, or guest experience to the General Manager promptly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures during each shift.
- Train team members on company operations, policies, procedures, and guest service expectations.
- Address complaints and enforce compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable work environment for both employees and guests.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Possess 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience, ideally within Quick Service Restaurants (QSR).
- Demonstrate basic proficiency in mathematics.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including extended shifts.
- Display high energy and the ability to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
