Key Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with patrons to become a familiar and trusted presence in the venue.
• Assist the Publican in maintaining smooth, safe, and enjoyable operations with a positive atmosphere.
• Develop management skills by actively leading and inspiring a dedicated hospitality team.
• Address operational challenges proactively to prevent escalation.
• Deliver consistently friendly, high-energy service during every shift.

Physical Requirements

This role requires manual engagement with tasks like moving stock, handling kegs, and managing deliveries safely and efficiently.

Candidate Profile

• Experienced in bar, bistro, or gaming environments with some supervisory exposure.
• Keen to advance managerial skills and take on greater responsibility.
• Possesses confident interpersonal skills and the ability to represent the pub in absence of senior management.
• Holds current certifications as required by state law, including RSA/RSG, RMLV, and an Approved Managers Licence.
