About the Position
This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. Note that this franchisee is a distinct company separate from McDonald's USA, which has no involvement in employment decisions or applicant processing. The franchisee will be your employer, responsible for hiring, discipline, staffing, and all employment matters.

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee restaurant profitability and ensure compliance with McDonald's critical standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to establish and implement restaurant goals and strategies.
- Lead a team of Department Managers by helping them set objectives, monitoring progress, and offering coaching and direction to enhance department performance.
- Support hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build an effective leadership team for future success.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager in managing high-volume quick service restaurant locations is highly preferred.
- Background in quick service restaurants is strongly favored, with hospitality or retail experience considered valuable.
- Candidates must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for a manager role in franchise-operated restaurants.
