About the Role

Join Panda Express as an Assistant Manager and become a key leader within one of the leading family-owned Asian dining companies in the US. You will support the overall operation of a single restaurant location, including associate management, hiring, and the accomplishment of financial and guest service goals. A three-week or longer leadership training is provided to set you up for success.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily store operations efficiently.
  • Hire and direct team members to meet both financial targets and high-quality guest experiences.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service standards.
  • Contribute to building a successful store environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum education: high school diploma.
  • Flexibility to transfer to a store location within a 50-mile radius.
  • Availability to work variable schedules including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Food Safety certification (ServeSafe certified) is mandatory.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, challenging settings with physical demands such as standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working in hot, noisy kitchen environments.
