Role Overview

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the operation of a single restaurant location by overseeing hiring, managing staff, and directing associates to meet financial targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. To prepare for success, you will participate in a leadership training program lasting at least three weeks, offering hands-on and paid training.

Desired Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Willingness and flexibility to transfer to a store within 50 miles of residence.
• Ability to work variable shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business demands.
• Valid Food Safety ServSafe certification.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

The position involves working in hot kitchen settings with steam and food vapors, with limited space and high noise levels. Associates are generally expected to stand for extended periods, prepare hot and cold foods, perform precise tasks quickly, and lift weights up to 50 pounds. Effective verbal communication, adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and conflict management abilities are essential.
