About the Role

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join its store management team, focusing on fostering both professional and personal growth among associates. As an Assistant Manager, you will oversee operations at a single store, guiding hiring, managing associates, and working toward financial goals while ensuring excellent guest experiences. The role includes a minimum of three weeks' paid leadership training to prepare you for success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• Must be willing and able to relocate within 50 miles of current residence if necessary.
• Availability for flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety certification such as Serve Safe is required.
