Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Store Manager with managing personnel, store resources, and financial objectives to ensure smooth store operations.
• Focus on optimizing product flow from storage to sales floor to meet business goals.
• Maintain and enforce store standards alongside the management team to maximize customer experiences, increase foot traffic, and boost profitability.
• Oversee backroom organization and ensure standards compliance 100% of the time.
• Collaborate in labor scheduling and use Workforce Management tools to enhance labor productivity.
• Ensure appropriate staffing levels to efficiently operate the store.
• Support hiring in various departments excluding Pharmacy, maintaining wage administration as per company guidelines.
• Promote and embody company culture and core values, providing leadership and motivation to the team.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly wage ranging from $16.75 to $19.55, depending on experience and geographic location.
