Job Overview
The Assistant Facility Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and housekeeping activities at the facility. This role involves direct supervision of staff, ensuring adherence to schedules and efficient manpower allocation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations and oversee housekeeping tasks.
- Supervise employee attendance and deploy workforce effectively.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and service providers to maintain smooth operations.
- Handle maintenance activities, including AMC contracts and inventory management.
- Monitor statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, audits, and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, invoices, and other operational documentation.
- Ensure safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and adherence to SOPs are consistently followed.
