Role Overview
Step up your hospitality career by joining Dalata as an Assistant Accommodation Manager. Responsibilities
- Assist in overseeing work quality within guest accommodations.
- Help coordinate room assignments for accommodation and housekeeping teams.
- Support adherence to health and safety regulations and standard operating procedures through regular inspections.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness of public spaces including conference suites and leisure amenities to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance team to uphold high hotel standards continuously.
Qualifications and Skills
- A minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience within an Accommodation Department.
- Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and guests efficiently.
- Flexibility to assist with functions in other hotel departments as required.
